As the name says, the Thirteen Eyes of Ggur'lach are a pack of eyes, and is now all that remains of the dead God Ggur'lach!
Nobody knows how Ggur'lach died, but his eyes have appeared all over the world in different dimensions and various time frames.

Ggur'lach most powerful ability as a God was his ability to move through time and space at will.
This power still reside in these eyes.

Each eye are roughly big as a fotball, all white and a red pupil which is still moving as if the God was still watching!
The more of these eyes a character has, the more power over time he will have.

Anyone who understands time will see that you can only go backwards in time, no forward in time, since it has not happened yet.
But anything before now, still has residues in the world.

The power of the eyes

No matter how many of these eyes you have, a users ability to understand it, and utilize it are still very important factors.
Without exactly knowing what it is, a character could look at it, study it for a long time without ever figure it out.

Having one of these eyes gives the user the ability to travel through time.
Much is dependent upon the knowledge of the wielder of this artifact.
One guy could perhaps teleport himself back in time, while another could open a portal back through time and bring along his army.

The powers of Ggur'lach

Worth noting is that the powers of Ggur'lach is very complex. If anyone goes over 26,665 year backwards in time, Ggur'lach will reappear.
This is because once you go that far back, you are in the time when Ggur'lach was still alive.
And if he is alive, he will instantly know that he will die, and he could jump forward in time, to the current date, and suddenly be alive even after he has died.

The powers of Ggur'lach overrides much of the laws set in time. Everything will stay the same, everyone will know he is dead, just as if he died.
But yet, he will be alive.

Other info

One eye is enough for pretty much any use. It is up to the GM to decide what to do with the eyes.
But nobody should be allowed to actually have more than 1 eye, or let alone even 1.

One of the eyes will be used in the Adventure: Goliat.
